TENder Talent is designed for young creatives aged 10–15 who are genuinely passionate about the nail industry—not just curious, but committed.

Led by an award-winning salon owner who opened her first salon at 21, TENder Talent offers accredited nail training in small group cohorts of 10, building skill, confidence, and community. Courses run every half term, starting with a 5-day intensive in February.

TENder Talent – 5 Day Intensive Course Structure
Each day runs from 10:00am – 5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, ensuring focused learning while maintaining energy, wellbeing, and enjoyment throughout the week.
Day One – Foundations & Theory 10am-5pm
Students are introduced to the nail industry, health & safety, hygiene, nail anatomy, tools, products, and professional standards. This day builds the essential knowledge required to work safely and confidently as a nail technician.
Day Two – Theory Deep Dive & Written Assessment 10am-5pm
We continue with in-depth theory, reinforcing key concepts from Day One. Students will then complete a theory examination, ensuring understanding of industry standards, safety, and best practice.
Day Three – Theory Assessment & Introduction to Practical Skills 10am-5pm
Students sit their final theory assessment covering Days One and Two. The afternoon transitions into hands-on practical training, where learners begin applying their knowledge under guided supervision.
Day Four – Practical Training Day 10am-5pm
A full practical day focused on skill-building, technique refinement, and confidence. Students will practise core acrylic nail services in a supportive, structured environment, learning professional execution and time management.
Day Five – Practical Completion, Business & Graduation 👩🏽🎓 10am-5pm
Students complete their practical assessments before moving into age-appropriate marketing and business guidance—covering confidence, professionalism, branding basics, and how to grow safely with parental support.
The week concludes with a graduation ceremony, celebrating each student’s achievement and progression.
